ログイン不要です。
/bbs/sgxxxxx/を検出し、お題番号の抽出でいけると思います。
動画履歴が含まれているので、http://seiga.nicovideo.jp/my/historyから動画履歴情報を
取得して、除外するといいと思います。
動画履歴情報はCookieに関連付けられているので、Cookieのクリア後、取得のほうが
スマートですね。
